: HR MANAGER

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR MANAGER to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing statutory compliance—specifically Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) return filings. Candidates with strong HR operations knowledge and a passion for ensuring compliance with government regulations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. Statutory Compliance

- Prepare and file monthly and annual PF and ESIC returns.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to statutory deadlines.

2. Employee Handling

- Address and resolve employee concerns to maintain a positive work workplace.
- Ensure effective communication between employees and management.
- Define KRAs and KPIs of all the employees and track them on monthly basis
- Cretae and enable company vision, misioin and policies of different verticals

3. Training & Development

- Conduct orentation sessions for new employees.
- Provide job-role-specific training and ongoing skill development programs.
- Monitor and improve employee performance through structured training plans.

4. Performance Evaluation

- Conduct daily work tracking of employees to measure productivity and task completion.
- Maintain performance records and provide feedback for improvement.
- Support the team in achieving performance goals through regular evaluations.

5. Leadership Quality

- Demonstrate strong leadership in handling HR operations.
- Support management in building positive work culture and team coordination.
- Lead the recruitment process with the current employee to fulfil the current need of employees for expansion

6. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to ensure the best fit.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

7. Screening and Shortlisting

- Review resumes and application forms.




- Conduct initial screenings and shortlist candidates for further interviews.

8. Assist in ensuring compliance with major labour laws (Factories Act, S&E; Act, EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, ID Act, etc.). · Track statutory amendments and support implementation of New Labour Codes, including documentation and policy updates.

· Handle timely filing of PF, ESI, LWF, and PT returns and maintain statutory registers, licenses, and records.

· Manage PF/ESI claims, withdrawals, transfers, and corrections.

· Coordinate with Labour Department, EPFO, ESIC, Factory Inspectorate, and other authorities; visit government offices when required.

· Ensure contractor compliance (licenses, PF/ESI coverage, wage records) and oversee HR-related vendor agreements.

· Managed apprentice registration on NATS and NAPS platforms.

· Processed apprentice reimbursement claims.

· Handled overall company compliances.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and HR best practices.
