Location: Engineering Institution, Trichy–Chennai Trunk Road, Tamil Nadu
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience in an Engineering College / Technical Institution
Qualification: MBA (HR) / MSW (HRM) / PGDM (HR) or equivalent
- Key Requirements
- Experience in HR operations and administration in an Engineering College
- Knowledge of Anna University affiliation and compliance
- Exposure to AICTE, UGC, NIRF, NAAC & NBA requirements
- Faculty & staff recruitment and documentation
- Payroll, PF, ESI and statutory compliance
- Employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation
- Support for accreditation and inspection documentation
- HR policies, employee relations and performance management
- Valuable communication,
leadership and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel / HRMS / Payroll systems
