Key Responsibility
Handle incoming calls and enquiries received through India MART.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or service recommendations.
Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
Explain products, pricing, features, and other relevant information clearly.
Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and quick follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
Build valuable relationships with customers through qualified and courteous communication.
Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Diploma or Graduates from reputed colleges are preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive Hindi and English communication; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
Confident, positive, and customer-focused approach.
Basic computer knowledge, MS Office & MS Excel and ability to handle CRM/online enquiries.
Willingness to learn and achieve sales targets.
