UNITED FOOD VENTURES AND ASSOCIATES is looking for a passionate and energetic Continental Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. The candidate will assist in preparing continental dishes and support daily kitchen operations while maintaining hygiene and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparation of continental dishes such as pasta, sandwiches, salads, burgers, grilled items, and sauces.
Support senior chefs during food preparation and service.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Prepare mise en place and handle basic cutting/chopping activities.
Ensure proper storage of food ingredients.
Follow kitchen SOPs and food safety guidelines.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth workflow.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of continental cuisine.
Hotel Management / Catering background preferred.
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
Ability to work in shifts.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
