We're looking for a confident, energetic, and ambitious Business Development Executive who enjoys speaking with clients, building relationships, and closing deals.
What You'll Do
Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other outreach channels.
Understand client requirements and present Raik's services.
Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery meetings.
Prepare proposals and follow up with prospects.
Maintain client interactions in a CRM or tracking sheet.
Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
Build long-term relationships with clients.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills in English.
Confidence in talking to international clients.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of websites, mobile apps, or digital services is a plus (training will be provided).
