About the Role

Aarin Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the complete HR function for our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hospitality HR, manpower management, recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete HR operations for the hospitality organization.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Kitchen, Steward, Security, Maintenance, and other hospitality positions.
- Develop manpower plans based on business and operational requirements.
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Supervise and guide the HR/recruitment team.
- Monitor attendance, shifts, leave, overtime, absenteeism, and employee discipline.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and verify attendance, incentives, deductions, and overtime inputs.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Ensure proper joining formalities, induction, training, and employee documentation.
- Monitor employee performance, retention, and attrition.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare and present HR reports including headcount, recruitment status, attrition,



attendance, manpower cost, and employee movements.
- Work closely with department heads and management to resolve HR and manpower-related issues.

Hospitality HR Experience Candidates with strong experience in Hotels, Restaurants, Resorts, Catering, F&B;, Facility Management, or Hospitality Operations are preferred.

Experience in managing shift-based employees, high-volume recruitment, operational manpower, employee grievances, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee retention will be highly advantageous.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 5–8 years in HR, preferably with significant Hospitality HR experience.
- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
- Positive understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and a diverse workforce.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
