We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage day-to-day HR operations across our cafe business. The role will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, employee relations, HR documentation, grievance handling, and supporting effective HR processes.

The role will involve visiting our cafe outlets as required for recruitment, employee coordination, HR activities, and workforce support. Candidates should be comfortable working across different outlet locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for cafe and support staff positions.
- Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, selection, offers, and joining formalities.
- Handle employee onboarding and maintain accurate employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and employee records.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for payroll-related information.
- Address employee queries and support the resolution of workplace concerns.
- Handle employee grievances professionally and maintain appropriate documentation.
- Ensure employees are aware of and follow company HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee appraisals and maintain related records.
- Handle employee exit formalities and full and final settlement coordination.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Assist management in implementing HR policies, processes, and procedures.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Visit cafe outlets as required to understand staffing requirements and coordinate with outlet teams.

Requirements
- 4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong experience in recruitment and general HR operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle employee concerns and grievances professionally.




- Good working knowledge of HR documentation and employee records.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable visiting and coordinating across cafe outlets as required.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with employees and management.

Experience in hospitality, cafe, restaurant, retail, or another fast-paced operational environment is preferred.
