Job Title: HR Intern Recruitment & HR Operations

Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and motivated HR Intern to support recruitment and HR operations functions. The role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes, stakeholder coordination, and HR systems, providing a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive structured training on all aspects of Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Source suitable candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Engage with candidates regularly to close open positions and communicate job roles and company values.
- Schedule interviews using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), track outcomes, and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Maintain and update HR reports, databases, and employee records, including onboarding documentation.
- Support backend HR processes such as HRMS onboarding formalities and document verification.
- Collaborate effectively within the team while demonstrating ownership and initiative.

Requirements

- Recent Graduate (preferred).
- Proficiency in South Indian languages is an added advantage.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner with strong research and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Good presentation and professional representation skills.
- Strong candidate assessment and relationship management capabilities.
