About the Role

We are looking for an HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience, mainly in Civil and Technical Recruitment.

The candidate should be good at finding and hiring suitable candidates for Civil Engineering, Construction, and other Technical positions. A Civil/Technical background or MBA in HR will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment from candidate sourcing to joining.
- Understand the manpower requirements of different departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, databases, and other channels.
- Check resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial calls and HR interviews.
- Recruit candidates for Civil and Technical positions.
- Schedule interviews with the concerned team.
- Follow up with candidates during the selection and joining process.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate documentation and joining formalities.
- Prepare simple recruitment reports and hiring updates.
- Support other HR activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR/Recruitment.
- Experience in Civil and Technical hiring will be strongly preferred.
- Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- Civil Engineering / Engineering / Technical background or MBA-HR will be preferred.
- Good understanding of Civil and Technical job profiles.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to screen resumes and select suitable candidates.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and job portals.
- Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies.

- Has experience in Civil and Technical recruitment.
- Understands basic Civil Engineering and construction profiles.
- Can source and shortlist good candidates.
- Has good communication and follow-up skills.
- Can coordinate with candidates and the technical/project team.
- Is organized and responsible.
