About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, observant, people-oriented, and highly proactive HR & Creative Intern who can work closely with our team and contribute to building a stronger workplace.

This is not a traditional recruitment or marketing role. We are looking for someone who can understand people, identify organizational gaps, build team relationships, take ownership, and help improve the way the company works.

Key Responsibilities

HR & People – 70%

- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.
- Interact regularly with employees to understand their concerns, challenges, and requirements.
- Build strong relationships with team members and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Observe workplace processes and identify gaps, communication issues, employee concerns, and areas requiring improvement.
- Discuss identified issues with HR/management and support in finding practical solutions.
- Assist in improving internal communication and coordination between teams.
- Support employee onboarding, induction, attendance, leave, documentation, and other HR activities.
- Plan and organize team-building activities, games, celebrations, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Take ownership of internal events from planning to execution.
- Prepare and conduct company knowledge, process awareness, and employee development sessions with guidance from HR.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and learning activities for employees.




- Collect employee feedback and help identify areas for employee development and engagement.
- Assist in building and improving HR processes, policies, and internal systems.
- Maintain proper HR records and documentation.
- Handle multiple HR responsibilities simultaneously and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Creative & Internal Communication – 30%

- Create presentations, posters, internal announcements, and employee communication material.
- Design creatives for team activities, celebrations, training sessions, and company initiatives.
- Create and edit short videos/reels for internal activities and company requirements.
- Prepare visually engaging presentations for employee training, development, and company knowledge sessions.
- Support HR in making internal communication more engaging and effective.

Who We Are Looking For

- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/BBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly proactive, energetic, and people-oriented.
- Naturally curious and observant; able to identify problems instead of waiting for instructions.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Comfortable interacting with employees across different teams and levels.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Creative and comfortable creating presentations, designs, and basic videos.
- Valuable problem-solving and coordination skills.




- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where responsibilities can change quickly.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and video-editing tools is preferred.

Important: We are not looking for someone whose primary interest is external marketing, advertising, or promoting the company. The creative component of this role is focused mainly on internal communication, employee engagement, training material, presentations, events, and team initiatives.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
