Role Overview

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and oversee our housekeeping team and ensure that all rooms and common areas at Hubode are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.

The supervisor will be responsible for assigning daily tasks, monitoring staff performance, conducting quality checks, managing housekeeping supplies, and ensuring that all housekeeping operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise, coordinate, and allocate daily duties to housekeeping staff.
- Ensure all assigned rooms, common areas, and facilities are cleaned and maintained as per Hubode standards.
- Monitor and ensure proper bed sheet, linen, and towel changing.
- Oversee laundry collection, handling, segregation, and hygiene practices.
- Ensure proper food handling and hygiene practices wherever applicable.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks of rooms and common areas.
- Ensure housekeeping staff follow proper cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and schedules.
- Track attendance, task completion, and overall staff performance.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, shortages, or other concerns to the concerned team.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies, cleaning materials, linen,



and other inventory requirements.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and periodic housekeeping tasks.
- Handle housekeeping-related concerns or requests from residents and coordinate with the relevant team when required.
- Maintain a clean, organised, hygienic, and welcoming environment throughout the property.
- Support the management team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Skills & Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in housekeeping; supervisory experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping and cleanliness standards.
- Experience in supervising or coordinating a team.
- Knowledge of bed sheet and linen changing and laundry handling.
- Understanding of food handling and hygiene practices.
- Good observation and quality-checking skills.
- Robust time management and organisational abilities.
- Basic communication skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and disciplined.
- Ability to lead a team and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with the management team.
- A service-oriented and professional attitude.
