Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in Hotel/Resort Housekeeping
Employment: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the complete housekeeping team
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning standards, SOPs, grooming & guest service
- Assign daily duties and ensure timely completion of all tasks
- Regularly inspect guest rooms, washrooms, corridors & public areas
- Ensure rooms are cleaned, maintained and ready on time
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation
- Take complete responsibility for housekeeping operations during back-to-back weddings & high-occupancy periods
- Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance and other departments
- Monitor linen, amenities, cleaning materials and housekeeping supplies
- Identify and report maintenance issues and ensure timely follow-up
- Handle guest housekeeping requests and complaints professionally
- Maintain discipline, punctuality and performance standards within the team
Candidate Profile
2–3+ years of relevant supervisory experience
Strong team management & leadership skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure during weddings and peak operations
Positive communication and problem-solving skills
Hospitality/Hotel Management background preferred
