Job Responsibilities Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, lobby and common areas . Make beds, change linen and replace towels and guest amenities. Ensure rooms are properly cleaned and ready before guest check-in.

Refill toiletries and other room supplies. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the hotel. Report maintenance issues, damages or missing items to the supervisor. Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and properly.

Collect and send laundry/linen as per hotel procedures. Assist guests politely when required. Follow hotel grooming, hygiene and service standards. Handle guest belongings and lost & found items responsibly.

Complete assigned cleaning duties within the required time. Coordinate with the Front Office and Housekeeping Supervisor regarding room status. RequirementsGood Personal hygiene and grooming. Hardworking, punctual and disciplined.

Honest and trustworthy. Polite and respectful behaviour with guests and colleagues. Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Previous hotel housekeeping experience will be an advantage.
