- Hopex Support Resource Expectations
- The candidate should have robust experience in AWS Windows Administration, including:
- Supporting AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Load Balancers, Security Groups, Backup, and Recovery.
- Monitoring AWS resources for availability, capacity, performance, and security compliance.
- Performing patch management and vulnerability management.
- Experience in Hopex support is desirable; however, given the limited availability of Hopex resources globally and the project timelines, the resource can be trained on Hopex if they have strong AWS administration skills.
