We are hiring for a leading organization in the Sports, Entertainment & Media Marketing Industry, offering brand-building solutions through sports sponsorships, advertising, partnerships, activations and events.

Role Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Associate with a strong interest in sports sponsorship sales and brand partnerships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in sales, business development, media or advertising.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and sponsorship opportunities across Cricket, Football, Hockey, Tennis, Kabaddi and other sports.
- Prospect and build relationships with clients and advertising agencies.




- Sell branding, advertising and sponsorship opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate new business leads and identify partnership opportunities.
- Develop go-to-market strategies across Retail, FMCG, Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Manufacturing and other sectors.
- Understand market trends and client requirements to maximize sports property monetization.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, agencies and internal teams.
- Prepare timely sales reports and provide updates on business progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams for execution of sales and sponsorship opportunities.
- Willingness to travel across India for business development
