Job Summary

Million Minds Management Services Ltd. is looking for an experienced Account Manager - Payables cum Payroll professional with strong experience in the Staffing Industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable operations along with end-to-end payroll activities and ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable activities, including invoice verification, processing, and payment coordination.
- Handle vendor invoices, payment schedules, reconciliations, and outstanding payables.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees deployed across client locations.
- Verify payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, deductions, reimbursements, incentives, and other salary components.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance, and clients to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Ensure timely salary processing and resolve payroll-related discrepancies and queries.
- Handle Full & Final (F&F;) settlements, bonus, incentives, deductions, and other employee-related payments.
- Manage payroll-related statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and other applicable compliances.
- Reconcile payroll,



vendor accounts, bank statements, and outstanding payments.
- Prepare monthly MIS, payroll reports, ageing reports, reconciliation statements, and other management reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain accurate financial and payroll records.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for audits, reconciliations, and compliance requirements.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution to maintain accuracy in accounts and payroll.

Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 6–12 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable and Payroll.
- Staffing Industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience in Indian payroll processing.
- Good knowledge of Accounts Payable, vendor management, reconciliations, and payment processing.
- Strong understanding of payroll statutory compliances.
- Experience with payroll/accounting software and ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and reconciliation.
- Solid analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet strict payroll and payment deadlines.
