About the Role

Digital Khidki is looking for a Hindi Social Media Executive who has a solid understanding of Hindi content, social media trends, and digital audience behaviour. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating engaging Hindi content, and supporting the growth of brands and Hindi content creators across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Create and publish engaging Hindi content including captions, posts, reels, shorts, quotes and creative copies.
- Develop and maintain weekly/monthly content calendars.
- Research Hindi trends, viral topics, hashtags, audio and audience interests.
- Work closely with the creative and video teams to plan social media content.
- Monitor social media performance, reach, engagement, followers and views.
- Understand platform algorithms and identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Write grammatically correct, engaging and audience-friendly Hindi captions and copies.
- Stay updated with Hindi digital content, creators, poetry, entertainment and trending topics.
- Track competitors and analyse their content strategies.
- Support social media campaigns and brand communication.
- Prepare basic performance reports and provide insights for improving content.

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management / Hindi Content / Digital Marketing.
- Excellent command of Hindi language, grammar and writing.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Strong knowledge of Hindi social media trends and digital culture.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
