Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for High speed Analog/SerDes Design Engineers located in Bengaluru. The role involves designing, modeling, and verifying high-speed analog and SerDes (serializer/deserializer) circuits and subsystems from concept to production. Day-to-day responsibilities include schematic design, simulation, and optimization of high-speed links, power and signal integrity analysis, and collaboration with layout engineers to ensure robust physical implementation.

The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to define specifications, review design documents, and support lab bring-up, characterization, and debug of silicon. The role also includes documentation of design methodologies, participation in design reviews,



and continuous improvement of design flows and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong background in Electrical Engineering and Design Engineering, with hands-on experience in analog and high-speed SerDes circuit design.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for schematic capture, simulation, and layout collaboration, as well as familiarity with EDA environments for mixed-signal design.
- Understanding of Product Design principles, including design for manufacturability, reliability, and testability for high-speed silicon products.
- Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering concepts as they relate to packaging, thermal considerations, and system-level integration of high-speed components.
- Experience with high-speed interfaces (e.g., PCIe, SATA, DDR, Ethernet), signal integrity, and jitter/eye-diagram analysis is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment.
- Experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, BERTs, VNAs) and silicon validation is a plus.
