Role Overview

We are seeking an elite, performance-driven B2B Sales Specialist to drive international expansion. This is a high-ticket, deal-closing role built around a core monthly baseline target of $10,000 USD . You will focus on acquiring high-volume accounts and converting them into recurring Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

- High-Ticket Prospecting: Identify and engage VP-level decision-makers, Creative Directors, and Studio Heads across target markets.
- Lead Generation Pipeline: Build and maintain an active outbound pipeline of qualified accounts using multi-channel prospecting strategies.
- Consultative Pitching: Conduct virtual discovery calls, pitching advanced solutions including CGI/3D Rendering, High-End Beauty Retouching, and automated catalog processing.
- Trial Management: Oversee the conversion lifecycle of free trial samples into signed, long-term commercial retainers.
- Contract Closing: Negotiate service terms, handle objections,



and secure high-value contracts to consistently surpass the $10,000 USD monthly baseline.

Required Skills & Lead-Generation Capabilities

- Outbound Master: Advanced expertise in prospecting with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, and targeted Instagram outreach.
- Cold Outreach Execution: High-volume, highly personalized cold email sequences, cold calling, and video pitch messages (Loom/Vidyard).
- Closing Competency: Proven capability to close high-ticket B2B service packages and monthly retainers ($1k–$5k/month per account).
- Communication & Negotiation: Native/Fluent spoken and written English with deep Western business etiquette and negotiation fluency.
- Pipeline Management: Expert utilization of CRMs (HubSpot/Zoho) for deal tracking, automated follow-ups, and pipeline velocity metrics.
- Industry IQ: Clear understanding of post-production terminology (Frequency Separation, CGI, Ghost Mannequin, Clipping Paths, Color Grading).

Compensation Structure

- Baseline Target: $10,000 USD net sales generated per month.
- Retainer & Incentives: Competitive base contract fee plus uncapped tiered commissions on target achievement and bonus accelerators for target over-performance.
