Role Summary

We are looking for a Healthcare Trainer to deliver practical and classroom-based training to candidates preparing for roles as Health Care / Patient Care Assistants. The trainer will be responsible for building trainees’ knowledge, practical skills, patient-care abilities, and professional behaviour required to work effectively in healthcare and caregiving environments.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Skill Development

- Conduct classroom, practical, and hands-on training sessions for Personal Care Assistant trainees.
- Train candidates on personal hygiene, patient safety, mobility assistance, basic caregiving, nutrition, and daily patient support.
- Demonstrate appropriate patient-care techniques and ensure trainees develop correct practical skills.
- Explain basic healthcare, infection prevention, and workplace safety practices relevant to patient care.
- Create a supportive and engaging learning environment for candidates with different educational and experience levels.

Assessment & Feedback

- Conduct practical demonstrations, tests, skill assessments, and evaluations to measure trainee performance.
- Monitor individual trainee progress and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and additional guidance to help trainees improve their skills.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments,



trainee progress, and training outcomes.

Training Coordination

- Ensure training delivery follows the prescribed curriculum, organizational guidelines, and applicable healthcare/caregiving standards.
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams regarding trainee onboarding, attendance, progress, and other training-related requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of training materials, activities, and delivery methods.

Requirements

- 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Healthcare Trainer, PCA Trainer, Caregiver Trainer, Nursing Trainer, or similar healthcare training role.
- Strong practical knowledge of patient care, caregiving, hygiene, safety, mobility assistance, and basic healthcare practices.
- Relevant qualification in Nursing, Healthcare, Caregiving, or a related fieldis preferred.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience conducting practical skills assessments and providing trainee feedback.
- Ability to effectively train and engage candidates from diverse educational and professional backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, elderly care, home healthcare, caregiving, or allied healthcare services.
- Prior experience in vocational training, skill development, or employability-focused training will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
