About HiWox HiWox is building a HealthTech and wellness platform focused on preventive healthcare, personalized wellness, health intelligence, and measurable transformation through 9 areas of wellness :

Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, Social, Spiritual, Occupational, Environmental, Financial, and Sexual & Reproductive Wellness. We are currently in the initial product testing and development stage and are building the technology, data, expert ecosystem, and device integrations required to make wellness measurable.

This is an equity-only founding team opportunity , with no fixed salary until we secure funding and stabilize our revenue.

As a Healthcare Wearables & Devices Expert, your primary responsibilities would include:

- Identify and evaluate healthcare wearables, diagnostic devices, sensors, and monitoring technologies relevant to HiWox.
- Map available devices and measurable parameters to HiWox's 9 areas of wellness.
- Assess parameters such as heart rate, HRV, SpO₂, sleep, activity, body composition, blood pressure, glucose, temperature, stress, and other relevant biomarkers.
- Evaluate the accuracy, reliability, clinical validity, interoperability, cost, and usability of different devices.
- Recommend devices and technologies that can be integrated into the HiWox ecosystem.
- Research APIs, SDKs, Bluetooth/IoT connectivity, and other methods for collecting device data into the HiWox platform.
- Work with the data science and product teams to define how wearable/device data can contribute to the Digital Health Index (DHI).
- Develop frameworks for converting raw device data into meaningful wellness insights and trends.
- Work with healthcare professionals to ensure device-derived insights are scientifically and clinically responsible.
- Evaluate emerging wearable technologies and identify opportunities for future product development.




- Support partnerships with device manufacturers, healthcare technology companies, laboratories, and technology providers.
- Help develop SOPs for device selection, deployment, calibration, data collection, validation, and user usage.
- Research opportunities for AI-powered interpretation of wearable and sensor data.

Key Areas of Focus Wearables → Biosensors → Health Devices → IoT → Device APIs → Health Data → Digital Health Index → AI/ML → Personalized Wellness Preferred Skills & Experience

- Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Medical Electronics, Healthcare Technology, Biotechnology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in medical devices, healthcare wearables, digital health, biomedical technology, IoT, or health-tech product development.
- Robust understanding of health sensors, wearable technologies, physiological measurements, and device data.
- Experience evaluating or integrating healthcare devices is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, Bluetooth, IoT, cloud platforms, and health-data standards is an advantage.
- Understanding of clinical validation, medical-device regulations, data privacy, and healthcare compliance is preferred.
- Experience working with startups or building technology products from scratch is a strong advantage.

Immediate Priorities — First 90 Days
- Create a comprehensive healthcare wearable/device landscape relevant to HiWox.
- Map devices and measurable parameters to the 9 wellness domains.
- Identify the most practical and cost-effective devices for the initial product.
- Evaluate device accuracy, reliability, API availability,



and integration feasibility.
- Define the device-data architecture for HiWox's Digital Health Index.
- Develop an initial framework for translating device data into meaningful wellness indicators.
- Identify potential device manufacturers and technology partners.
- Recommend a roadmap for future wearable and device integrations.
