Role Description The Head of Strategy will lead Hobfit’s overall strategic direction, aligning business goals with market opportunities in the women’s health and digital health space. This full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad involves developing and refining long-term business plans, identifying growth opportunities, and guiding cross-functional initiatives.

The Head of Strategy will analyze market trends, user data, and financial performance to inform decisions on product, partnerships, and operational priorities. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with leadership on strategic roadmaps, preparing executive-level presentations, overseeing strategic projects,



and ensuring that plans are executed efficiently and measured against explicit KPIs. The role requires close coordination with product, operations, marketing, clinical, and finance teams to drive sustainable growth and impact.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, market insights, and performance metrics for strategic decision-making.
- Experience in Strategic Planning and Business Planning, including developing and implementing long-term growth strategies.
- Solid understanding of Finance to evaluate business models, unit economics, investments, and ROI.
- Background in Consulting or similar strategic roles, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse functions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate data and strategy into clear recommendations.
- Experience in health tech, consumer technology, or healthcare services is highly beneficial.
- Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred; significant relevant experience may substitute.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
