About this role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head – Investor Relations & Portfolio Management to lead the Company's investor engagement strategy while overseeing the governance and performance of strategic business initiatives and investment portfolios. Reporting to the CFO, this role will work closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Team, and business heads to strengthen investor confidence, drive effective capital allocation, and ensure strategic priorities are executed in line with the Company's long-term vision. This role requires a solid blend of capital markets expertise, financial acumen, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management, with experience operating in a publicly listed company environment.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Relations

- Develop and execute a comprehensive Investor Relations strategy aligned with the Company's long-term business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, shareholders, proxy advisory firms, and the broader investment community.
- Lead the preparation of quarterly earnings presentations, investor decks, annual reports, earnings calls, and other shareholder communications.
- Partner with the CEO and CFO to develop a compelling investment narrative that effectively communicates the Company's strategy, financial performance, growth opportunities, and long-term value creation.
- Monitor analyst coverage, consensus estimates, shareholder movements, market trends, and peer performance to provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Organize investor meetings, roadshows, analyst interactions, investor conferences, and site visits. Ensure timely and compliant disclosures in accordance with SEBI regulations, stock exchange- ,



and corporate governance standards.
- Support capital market transactions, fundraising initiatives, debt and equity financing, and other strategic corporate actions as required.

Portfolio Management

- Lead the governance and oversight of the Company's strategic portfolio of business initiatives and investments.
- Develop portfolio prioritization frameworks to evaluate initiatives based on strategic alignment, financial returns, resource utilization, and business impact.
- Partner with business leaders to assess investment proposals, business cases, and capital allocation decisions.
- Monitor portfolio performance through executive dashboards, KPIs, milestone tracking, and periodic business reviews.
- Identify portfolio risks, execution bottlenecks, and resource dependencies, recommending mitigation plans where required.
- Facilitate portfolio review meetings with the Executive Leadership Team and Board, ensuring visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement in portfolio governance, reporting standards, and decision-making frameworks.
- Ensure strategic initiatives remain aligned with the Company's financial goals and long-term growth strategy.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 12–18 years of experience in Investor Relations,



Corporate Finance, Corporate Strategy, Portfolio Management, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting.
- Prior experience in a publicly listed company is strongly preferred. Deep understanding of capital markets, financial reporting, valuation methodologies, corporate governance, and regulatory- .
- Experience working directly with senior leadership, Boards of Directors, institutional investors, and analysts.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from publicly listed organizations in Retail, Consumer, D2C, E-commerce, Consumer Technology, Manufacturing, or other high-growth sectors will be preferred.
