Head of Experience & Training Centre /n Lifetime Health Care Plus Pvt Ltd | Full-time | Bengaluru, Karnataka /n Lifetime Health Care Plus is a digital healthcare company providing nursing, physiotherapy, and caregiving services. We're building a dedicated Training Centre and looking for a leader to own both staff training and patient experience for our operations. /n What you'll do /n /n

- Design and run a structured Training Centre covering clinical skills, soft skills, and service etiquette for nurses, physiotherapists, and caregivers.

/n

- Build the onboarding/induction training journey for recent hires, including simulation-based learning.

/n

- Own the patient/family experience strategy — journey mapping, service standards, and satisfaction tracking (NPS/CSAT).

/n





- Turn patient feedback and complaints into targeted training interventions.

/n

- Develop a train-the-trainer model to scale training delivery.

/n

- Partner with Quality and HR teams to align training with credentialing and compliance cycles.

/n /n What we're looking for /n /n

- 6-10 years in clinical training, L&D;, or patient/customer experience — healthcare or home-healthcare background preferred.

/n

- Experience designing and scaling training programs for a field-based workforce.

/n

- Prior ownership of patient/customer experience metrics (NPS, CSAT).

/n

- Strong facilitation, communication, and empathy skills.

/n
