Role Description The Head of Human Resources at Todd Consulting will lead the HR function, oversee HR strategy, and ensure alignment with overall business goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing HR policies and processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role will involve overseeing talent acquisition and onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and learning and development initiatives. The Head of Human Resources will partner with senior leadership to drive organizational culture, diversity and inclusion, workforce planning, and change management,



while mentoring and guiding the HR team and supporting managers on HR-related matters.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience leading HR functions or teams.
- Proficiency in Labor and Employment Law, with demonstrated ability to ensure compliance and manage risk.
- Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies that support business objectives and employee well-being.
- Hands-on experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, engagement, and communication with diverse teams.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and learning and development.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence senior management.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities, with comfort using HR data and metrics to drive decisions.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to operate with discretion and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience working in consulting or professional services environments is a plus.
