Job Summary

Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility Center is looking for an experienced Nursing Head to oversee nursing operations and support the delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-focused care. The role involves leading the nursing team, coordinating daily activities, maintaining clinical standards, and working closely with doctors and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the nursing team and daily nursing activities.
- Plan staff allocation and coordinate duty schedules.
- Ensure proper patient care and smooth nursing operations.
- Guide nurses in following clinical procedures and hospital protocols.
- Monitor nursing documentation and ensure records are maintained accurately.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare departments.
- Support infection prevention and patient safety practices.
- Conduct staff training and provide guidance on nursing procedures.
- Monitor availability and appropriate use of nursing supplies.
- Address day-to-day operational concerns within the nursing department.
- Support quality improvement and maintain professional nursing standards.
- Assist management in implementing policies and improving patient services.

Eligibility





- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant nursing experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a senior nursing, supervisory, or nursing management role.
- Experience in a hospital, fertility, maternity, or women's healthcare setting will be an advantage.
