About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head - IT Strategy to lead our enterprise technology landscape. The role is responsible for driving the organization's lending technology vision, managing enterprise applications, ensuring robust infrastructure operations, and maintaining a secure, compliant, and highly available technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Strategy & Digital Innovation

- Define and execute the technology roadmap to support rapid business growth.
- Drive fintech ecosystem integrations through open APIs with credit bureaus, Account Aggregators, and digital partners.
- Establish enterprise data and analytics platforms enabling business intelligence, automated underwriting, and AI/ML-led collections strategies.

Enterprise Application Management

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of Core Lending platforms including LOS, LMS, Collections, CRM, and Lead Management systems.
- Oversee application development, change management, upgrades, and DevOps practices.
- Manage corporate applications such as ERP, HRMS, Payroll, Accounting, and Regulatory Reporting systems.
- Ensure efficient Level-2 and Level-3 application support for business-critical systems.

Infrastructure & IT Operations

- Deliver high availability and performance across enterprise applications and infrastructure.
- Drive ITSM/ITIL-based service management and support operations.




- Manage cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ensure strong governance over IT assets, end-user computing, and infrastructure operations.

Information Security & Governance

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, technology governance, and data security requirements.
- Partner with Information Security teams to strengthen cybersecurity controls, SOC operations, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Lead IT risk management and business continuity initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile Must Have

- 12+ years of overall IT experience with significant leadership exposure.
- Strong experience preferred in NBFC / Microfinance (MFI) domain.
- Hands-on experience managing Lending Applications, LOS, LMS, Collections, CRM, and Digital Lending platforms.
- Proven expertise in Infrastructure Operations, Cloud Technologies, ITSM, and Enterprise Applications.
- Strong stakeholder management and people leadership capabilities.

Preferred

- Experience in large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to NBFCs/MFIs.
- Exposure to API ecosystems, analytics platforms, and modern cloud architectures.
