Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead and manage the complete digital marketing function for our hotel business. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in digital marketing strategy, paid advertising, social media, video content, team management, and campaign performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy for the hotel.
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Handle Google Ads campaigns and monitor campaign performance, ROI, leads, and conversions.
- Manage social media marketing, content strategy, and brand positioning.
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team and assign responsibilities effectively.
- Guide the team in content creation, social media management, and digital campaigns.
- Oversee video editing and video content production for promotional campaigns.
- Develop engaging creatives, reels, videos, and promotional content.
- Analyze digital marketing data, campaign performance, and customer engagement metrics.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities and implement strategies to improve online visibility and business growth.




- Coordinate with internal teams to promote hotel offers, events, services, and special campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising platforms, algorithms, and industry best practices.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to management.
- Manage multiple digital marketing projects and ensure timely execution.

- Hotel / Hospitality industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Proven ability to lead a digital marketing team and drive business results.
- Strong analytical, creative, and leadership skills.
