Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and tenants.
- Greet and assist guests in a skilled and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor management.
- Maintain visitor records, front office documents, and administrative reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage courier, dispatch, and other administrative activities.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming environment while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills; English is mandatory, and Hindi and Telugu are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage front office operations efficiently.
- Experience in commercial real estate, premium office spaces, IT parks, hospitality, or co-working environments will be an added advantage.
