Guest Relations Executive - Business Shows & Podcasts /n /n Department: Digital /n Location: Noida, Sector 158 (Work from Office) /n Experience: 2+ Years /n /n About the Role /n /n Republic Media Network is looking for a proactive and well-networked Guest Relations Executive to manage guest coordination for business-focused shows, interviews, discussions, and podcasts across television and digital platforms. /n The role involves identifying, onboarding, and coordinating with industry leaders, market experts, founders, economists, policymakers, investors, and corporate spokespersons for daily programming, podcast episodes, and special coverage. /n /n Key Responsibilities - /n /n /n

- Coordinate and manage guests for business news shows, podcasts, debates, interviews, and special programming.

/n

- Build and maintain a strong network of CEOs, founders, analysts, economists, market experts, corporate communication teams, PR agencies, and industry spokespersons.

/n

- Reach out to potential guests and ensure timely confirmations for live shows, recorded interviews, and podcast episodes.

/n

- Maintain daily guest line-ups and backup panels based on editorial and production requirements.

/n

- Coordinate with editorial, production, digital, and PCR teams to ensure smooth guest onboarding and participation.

/n

- Brief guests regarding show/podcast formats, discussion topics, timings,



and technical requirements.

/n

- Handle last-minute guest changes and urgent editorial requirements efficiently.

/n

- Maintain updated databases of guests, experts, industry contacts, and spokespersons across sectors.

/n

- Track ongoing business, corporate, startup, technology, and market developments to identify relevant voices and discussion opportunities.

/n

- Support long-format and conversational content initiatives for digital and social platforms.

/n /n /n Requirements - /n /n /n

- 2+ years of experience in guest coordination, media relations, newsroom operations, podcast coordination, or business journalism.

/n

- Strong network within the business, corporate, startup, finance, policy, and media ecosystem preferred.

/n

- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

/n

- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced newsroom environment.

/n

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

/n

- Comfortable handling live news operations, digital productions, and energetic editorial requirements.

/n

- Proficiency in English communication is mandatory.
