Work Schedule: 6 days/week (Weekends working; 1 fixed off between Tuesday-Thursday)

About the Role

We are seeking a smart, highly presentable, welcoming, and articulate Female Guest Relations Executive (fluent in English) to serve as the face of our premier real estate project in Kalyani. This dual-action role combines high-end client hospitality with vital sales coordination ensuring smooth site operations, seamless customer onboarding, and active support for our core sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Hospitality & Tours: Warmly receive walk-ins, present project details, answer initial queries, and host engaging sample flat tours.
- Sales Coordination: Maintain real-time logs of customer visits, update CRM systems, assign leads to sales managers, and track follow-ups.
- Documentation & Admin: Assist sales managers with booking forms, customer files, cost sheet generation, and payment schedule updates.
- Front-Desk & Ops Management: Oversee site office operations, handle phone/email inquiries,



and ensure a pristine experience center environment.

Requirements

- Gender & Image: Female candidate with a polished, Personable personality, excellent grooming, and a welcoming demeanor.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English fluency is mandatory; Bengali or Hindi is a strong advantage.
- Experienced Candidates: Previous experience in hospitality, front-desk management, sales coordination, or customer relations.
- Fresher Candidates: Freshers with a strong profile match are also welcome to apply, provided they demonstrate excellent communication skills, fluent English, proper grooming, and a highly presentable personality. Candidates holding a degree or certification in Hospitality, Aviation, or Management will have a strong added advantage.
- Skills: Robust organizational ability, basic proficiency in MS Excel/CRM tools, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working weekends to manage peak walk-in traffic.
