We are looking for a Front Office / Sales Executive who will represent the brand and deliver a premium customer experience while driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers professionally and warmly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Promote and sell Labonel's premium bakery and patisserie products.
- Handle customer queries, phone calls, and complaints professionally.
- Process walk-in, phone, and online orders accurately.
- Prepare and coordinate order slips with the production and decoration teams.
- Ensure proper packaging, counter display, tasting platters, carry bags, and stationery.
- Coordinate customer pickup reminders and ensure timely order handover.
- Maintain daily sales, closing, and operational reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office/counter.




- Build robust customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Support the team in maintaining Labonel's premium brand standards.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in Front Office, Retail Sales, Customer Service, Hospitality, Bakery, Patisserie, or Luxury Retail is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Good ability to understand customer requirements and provide recommendations.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good attention to detail and ability to handle multiple orders.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates with experience in premium/luxury brands will be preferred.
