About Controvia AI

Controvia AI is an early-stage enterprise software startup helping large organisations automatically audit employee expense claims using AI.

We have our first enterprise deployment, several large organisations evaluating the platform and are now building our commercial engine.

We’re looking for a Growth & Marketing Analyst to help us understand how to reach more of the right customers.

The Role

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, analytics and growth.

You’ll help us understand our audience, analyse marketing performance, research potential growth channels and run experiments to increase awareness and generate enterprise opportunities.

You don’t need to be a traditional marketer.

We’re equally interested in analytical candidates who enjoy understanding why something works and then figuring out how to make it work better.

Responsibilities

Growth Analysis· Analyse website, social media and campaign performance.

· Track important growth and marketing metrics.

· Identify patterns in audience behaviour.

· Build easy dashboards and reports.

· Translate data into recommendations.

Growth Experiments· Help design and execute growth experiments.

· Test different channels, messages and audiences.

· Measure results and identify what works.

· Develop ideas for increasing relevant awareness and inbound interest.

Market & Audience Research· Research CFOs, Finance Controllers, Internal Audit teams and other target audiences.

· Analyse how enterprise buyers discover technology solutions.





· Research competitors and their marketing approaches.

· Identify relevant communities, publications and channels.

Marketing· Support LinkedIn, content and digital campaigns.

· Help develop landing pages and campaign journeys.

· Work with content and commercial teams.

· Support email and outbound marketing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Essential· 1–3 years of experience in marketing, analytics, growth, business analysis or a related role.

· Strong analytical ability.

· Comfortable working with data.

· Good written communication.

· Curiosity and willingness to experiment.

· Ability to work independently in an early-stage environment.

Highly Desirable· Experience with B2B SaaS or technology.

· Digital marketing experience.

· Familiarity with Google Analytics, LinkedIn, CRM or marketing automation tools.

· Basic SQL or data-analysis skills.

· Experience working in a startup.
