About the Role

Bharat Smart Services is looking for a highly entrepreneurial Growth Hacker who can help us build and scale new growth engines across our consumer energy and smart living businesses.

The role will focus on rapidly scaling:

- Home & Industry Energy Audits
- This is not a conventional digital marketing role.

Climate Yodha Network Growth Help build Climate Yodha into a large distributed partner network.

Identify innovative ways to

- Recruit Climate Yodhas at scale
- Activate newly registered partners
- Improve partner productivity
- Build referral-led partner acquisition
- Create local Climate Yodha communities
- Develop partnerships that can bring hundreds of potential Yodhas into the network
- Improve partner engagement and retention

Think beyond individual recruitment and identify network multipliers such as colleges, ITIs, electrician communities, associations, NGOs, channel partners and other organisations.

Candidates with experience in growth, startups, business development, partnerships, digital marketing, community building, D2C, fintech, energy, SaaS or consumer services will have an advantage. Exceptional freshers with evidence of entrepreneurial initiatives, projects, communities, campaigns or side ventures may also be considered.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 6–12 months, the Growth Hacker should help Bharat Smart Services:

- Discover multiple repeatable customer acquisition channels
- Significantly increase Bill Optimisation and Energy Audit volumes
- Build a rapidly growing Climate Yodha network
- Improve Climate Yodha activation and productivity
- Develop a scalable Smart Home partner ecosystem
- Reduce customer and partner acquisition costs
- Build strong referral and community-led acquisition engines
- Identify growth models that can be replicated across multiple cities.
