About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Growth Hacker / Growth Marketing Lead to build and scale our customer acquisition engine. The ideal candidate should combine performance marketing, growth experimentation, analytics, content, automation, and AI to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
- Own the complete funnel from lead generation to customer conversion.
- Manage and optimize CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates and pipeline.
- Develop and execute monthly/quarterly growth campaigns and experiments.
- Optimize landing pages, CTAs, lead nurturing and conversion funnels.
- Identify and test new acquisition channels, partnerships, referrals and growth opportunities.
- Use AI tools for research, content, campaign optimization, automation and personalization.
- Develop high-performing ads, content, videos, landing pages and lead magnets.
- Analyze campaign performance and build data-driven growth strategies.
- Work closely with sales, product and creative teams to improve customer acquisition.

Must-Have Skills




- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Robust understanding of performance marketing, CRO and growth funnels.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- Strong knowledge of CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV and funnel metrics.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Strong copywriting, analytics and campaign management skills.
- Advanced familiarity with AI tools for marketing and automation.
- Ability to independently research markets, competitors and customers.

Preferred
- Experience in SaaS, AI, technology, healthcare or startup environments.
- B2C growth experience.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads / ABM, SEO and content marketing.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Make, Zapier, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Canva or similar tools.
- Experience scaling businesses from 01 or 110.
