We Reach is a digital marketing and creative agency working with brands across multiple industries. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong agency experience, particularly in the Food & Beverage (F&B;) sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality creative designs for digital, social media, branding, and marketing campaigns.
- Create visually engaging AI-based creatives using relevant AI design and image-generation tools.
- Design packaging materials, labels, boxes, menus, and other brand collaterals.
- Develop concepts and creatives specifically for Food & Beverage brands.
- Work on campaign concepts from initial ideation to final execution.
- Adapt designs according to different brand guidelines, platforms, and campaign requirements.
- Collaborate with the creative, account management, and marketing teams to understand briefs and deliver designs within deadlines.
- Create multiple design options and incorporate client/team feedback efficiently.
- Maintain consistency in typography, layouts, colours, imagery, and overall brand identity.

Required Skills
- Adobe Illustrator – Must Have
- Adobe Photoshop – Must Have
- Strong knowledge of packaging design and production requirements.
- Experience creating AI-based creatives using AI design tools.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.




- Good understanding of social media creative formats and digital marketing requirements.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and communicate design concepts clearly.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Mandatory Requirements
- Previous agency experience is mandatory.
- Candidates must have worked with Food & Beverage (F&B;) brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating F&B; campaigns, packaging designs, social media creatives, and branding work.
- Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop is mandatory.
- Practical experience with AI-based creative generation and design workflows.
- Good English communication and client/team coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
