About the RoleRank You Higher is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer & Video Editor Intern who is passionate about visual storytelling, digital design, and video content creation.

The selected candidate will work with our digital marketing and creative team to design engaging social media creatives, marketing materials, promotional graphics, and video content for multiple brands and projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design creative posts, banners, posters, advertisements, and other digital marketing materials.
- Create engaging social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Edit Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, corporate videos, and social media videos.
- Perform video trimming, transitions, text animations, subtitles, effects, and basic motion graphics.
- Create thumbnails and promotional graphics for video content.
- Develop designs according to brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
- Resize and adapt creatives for different social media platforms.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Content teams.
- Convert creative concepts and ideas into attractive visual designs.
- Make corrections and revisions based on internal/client feedback.
- Organize and maintain design files and project assets.
- Keep updated with current graphic design, social media, and video editing trends.

Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.




- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation.
- Familiarity with Canva or other design tools is an added advantage.
- Understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic understanding of social media content formats.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple creative requirements.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Candidate
- Students, fresh graduates, or candidates looking to build a career in Graphic Design & Video Editing.
- Candidates from Visual Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Animation, Media, or related backgrounds are preferred.
- Freshers with a strong creative portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should be willing to work onsite.
- A portfolio containing graphic design and/or video editing work is preferred.
