About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills, a good understanding of visual communication, and hands-on experience in graphic designing, video editing, and social media content management.
Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality and engaging graphics, creatives, banners, brochures, social media posts and marketing materials.
- Design creative content for real estate projects, property listings, campaigns and digital promotions.
- Edit and produce short-form videos, reels and promotional videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Manage, schedule and publish content across the company's social media platforms.
- Maintain consistency in the company's visual identity and branding across all digital channels.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creatives within timelines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends and content formats.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Required Skills: The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Graphic & Creative Designing
- Video Editing
- Social Media Content Creation & Publishing
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Gurgaon resident is mandatory.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Valuable understanding of typography, layouts, colors and visual communication.
- Ability to independently conceptualize and execute creative designs.
- Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Real estate industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should have a robust portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing work.
