Role Description The Graphic Designer role at TickoraDesk is a full-time, remote position focused on creating visual assets that support product, marketing, and customer-facing initiatives. In this role, the Graphic Designer will design graphics for digital channels, including website, product interface, social media, presentations, and campaigns.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining brand-aligned visuals, collaborating with marketing and product teams on design concepts,



and preparing design files for implementation.

Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, refine feedback into polished design solutions, and ensure consistent visual standards across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital and brand-focused work.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive visual identities.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout to produce clear, readable, and visually balanced designs.
- Advanced use of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
- Ability to interpret briefs, incorporate feedback, and deliver designs on deadline in a remote environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a user-centric mindset when designing for product and support experiences.
- Relevant education or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
