Stonehill Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong visual eye, solid design fundamentals, and an interest in using AI tools as part of the creative process .

We’re looking for someone who can turn briefs and ideas into clean, engaging, and brand-consistent designs across social media, paid advertising, CRM, campaigns, digital platforms, partnerships, and internal communication .

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys designing, experimenting, and working in a fast-paced creative environment.

What You’ll Do

- Create high-quality visual assets for social media, paid media, CRM, digital campaigns, and brand communication .
- Design static ads, social posts, stories, banners, emailers, infographics, presentations, and campaign assets.
- Adapt master creatives into multiple formats and sizes across different platforms.
- Work closely with the Creative Lead and Marketing team to translate briefs into strong visual executions.
- Maintain consistency with brand's guidelines, typography, colours, and overall visual identity .
- Develop campaign concepts and contribute creative ideas during brainstorming.
- Use AI tools to help with concept development, image generation, visual exploration, background creation, image enhancement, and creative variations .
- Retouch, manipulate, and composite images when required.
- Manage multiple creative requests while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Prepare final artwork correctly for digital and, when required, print production.

Tools & Skills

Solid experience with

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator

Experience with the following is highly valued:

- Figma
- Adobe InDesign
- Canva
- Envato
- Shutterstock

AI Creative Tools Experience with AI tools such as:

- Nano Banana Pro / Nano Banana 2
- ChatGPT Image Generation
- Adobe Firefly




- Seedream
- Midjourney or similar image-generation tools

You don’t need to know every AI platform. What matters is understanding how to use AI practically to support and improve the creative process , rather than relying on it to replace strong design fundamentals. What We’re Looking For

- A strong graphic design portfolio showing a range of digital and brand work.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy .

- Experience designing for brands, agencies, or digital-first businesses.
- Good understanding of social media and performance marketing creatives .
- Ability to follow established brand guidelines while still bringing fresh ideas.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently across multiple deliverables.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions when required.
- Good communication and time-management skills.

- Someone proactive, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership of their work.

What Will Make You Stand Out
- Experience creating paid advertising and performance marketing creatives .
- Strong Photoshop compositing and image manipulation skills.

- Experience using AI-generated imagery within commercial design work .
- Experience working across CRM, social, digital campaigns, and brand communication.
- Experience with automotive, mobility, lifestyle, technology, or consumer brands.

- Ability to take a brief and develop multiple strong creative directions rather than simply executing instructions.
