Director /n About the Role /n We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual concepts across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a solid design portfolio, excellent aesthetic sense, and the ability to translate creative briefs into impactful designs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n
- Design creative assets for digital, social media, print, and branding projects.
/n
- Interpret creative briefs and develop visually engaging concepts.
/n
- Collaborate with copywriters, account managers, and creative teams.
/n
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials.
/n
- Revise designs based on stakeholder and client feedback.
/n
- Prepare artwork for production and final delivery.
/n
- Manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
/n
- Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices.
/n /n Required Qualifications /n /n
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts,
or a related field.
/n
- 5–8 years of experience in an advertising, digital, or creative agency.
/n
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
/n
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
/n
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
/n
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work is mandatory.
/n /n Preferred Skills /n /n
- Proficiency or working knowledge of AI creative tools such as Runway, Google Flow, and Higgsfield.
/n
- Knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing using After Effects/Premiere Pro.
/n
- Experience designing for digital marketing and social media campaigns.
/n
- Familiarity with Figma or other collaborative design tools.
/n
- Understanding of print production and pre-press processes.
