– AI Video Script-Based Video Developer & Graphic Designer Position: AI Video Script-Based Video Developer & Graphic Designer Experience: 1–3 Years Location: Proview Dubai Mall Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a creative AI Video Developer & Graphic Designer who can convert marketing concepts and scripts into engaging videos, reels, social media creatives, and promotional content. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of AI video generation tools, graphic design, social media content, and marketing communication .

Key Responsibilities: Create short-form AI-generated videos, Reels, promotional videos, and ad creatives based on scripts. Convert written concepts/scripts into visually engaging video content. Use AI tools for video generation, image generation, voiceovers, animation, and editing .

Design social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. Create product videos, brand videos, explainer videos, and advertisement creatives . Work with marketing and content teams to understand campaign requirements.

Edit videos with suitable transitions, text, music, voiceovers and effects. Maintain brand consistency across all designs and videos. Create multiple creative variations for digital advertising campaigns.

Stay updated with the latest AI video and design tools, trends and techniques .

Required Skills:



Strong knowledge of AI video generation and editing tools . Good command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator .

Experience with Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut or similar video-editing software . Knowledge of AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Leonardo, ElevenLabs or similar platforms . Understanding of social media design and video formats.

Good sense of visual storytelling, typography, composition and branding . Ability to understand a script and turn it into a complete visual concept. Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred experience creating videos for digital marketing agencies, brands or manufacturers . Knowledge of Meta Ads and social media advertising creatives. Basic understanding of marketing psychology and audience targeting. Portfolio demonstrating AI-generated videos and graphic design work.
