About The Role We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Nation with NaMo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating impactful visual content across various mediums to support our political campaigns and communication strategies.

This role demands a keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to translate conceptual briefs into compelling visual narratives. You will collaborate closely with copywriters and campaign strategists to develop engaging graphics, banners, social media posts, and advertisements that resonate with diverse audiences. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile political campaigns and help shape public perception through innovative visual storytelling.





The role is based in Imphal, with the expectation of working from the office, and may require travel and deployment as per campaign needs. This is a contractual position valid until March 2027.

Qualifications

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in art and design, preferably within advertising agencies (ATL/digital), branding firms, or startup environments.
- Proven experience creating social media posts, ads, banners, and other digital content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
- Strong understanding of visual principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to interpret and execute creative briefs effectively and efficiently.

- Multilingual skills in Meitei, Hindi, and English are highly desirable.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, details, and innovative design solutions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields is preferred.
- Candidates must possess their own laptop to work effectively from the office.

- Review and edit designs based on feedback to ensure high-quality output.
- Assist in the planning and execution of visual content strategies for various digital platforms.

- Ensure all designs are optimized for different social media channels and digital formats.
- Support the team in other creative tasks as required to meet campaign goals.
