The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and informative communication materials to support the Tele-Law Programme. The role focuses on designing awareness, outreach, and reporting creatives aligned with DISHA Tele Law programme objectives and government communication guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Design: Develop posters, banners, infographics, social media creatives, and IEC materials including short videos for Tele-Law/DISHA campaigns.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to Tele-Law, DoJ, and CSC branding guidelines.
- Content Visualization: Convert programme data, reports, and concepts into visually appealing formats.
- Campaign Support: Design materials for awareness drives, workshops, and events.
- Digital & Print Assets: Create designs suitable for both online platforms and print use.
- Coordination: Work closely with Do PMU teams to understand requirements and deliver creatives within timelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in development/government sector)
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.)
- Robust visual storytelling and layout skills.
- Understanding of social media and digital design trends.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of government programmes/IEC campaigns preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Terms of engagement:
- The nature and terms of engagement will be a consultant with a contract period for one year extendable subjected to performance and extension of the project.
- This contract/ service shall not amount to any employment obligation on a regular basis in the future.
