Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer cum Video Editor who can create high-quality visual and video content for marketing, branding, social media, ads, and the website.

This is a pure execution role with ownership —ideal for someone who enjoys creating, editing, improving, and shipping content fast.

Key Responsibilities1.

Graphic

Design

Design creatives for

Social media posts (Instagram, Linked In, You Tube)

Posters, banners & campaign creatives

Thumbnails for You Tube & videos

Website & landing page visuals (basic)

Ensure brand consistency across all creatives (colors, fonts, layouts)

Adapt one design into multiple formats and sizes

Video

Editing

Edit videos for

You Tube (long-form & Shorts)

Instagram Reels

Linked In videos

Ads & product videos

Add

Captions & subtitles

Music & sound effects

Transitions, animations & branding

Repurpose long videos into short, high-impact clips

3.

Basic Video

Shooting (Preferred)

Assist in shooting videos using mobile / camera

Capture product shots, office content, factory visits & events





Coordinate with team for lighting, framing & basic setup

- AI & Productivity Tools

Use AI tools to speed up:

Video editing

Caption generation

Thumbnail ideas

Design variations

Tools may include

Canva AI

Cap Cut AI / Premiere Pro

Chat GPT / image & video AI tools

- Collaboration & Execution

Work closely with

Marketing team

Understand briefs quickly and deliver on time

Incorporate feedback and improve iterations fast

Required Skills Must-Have

Strong graphic design skills

Strong video editing skills

Proficiency in tools like

Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva

Premiere Pro / Final Cut / Cap Cut

Good sense of typography, color & composition

Ability to handle multiple tasks and tight timelines

Experience with motion graphics

Basic understanding of social media content formats

Familiarity with AI-based creative tools

Basic photography or videography skills
