Bakhla International Travels is a growing travel company offering domestic and international travel services, holiday packages, customized tours, group tours, and travel-related services. We are looking for a creative and dedicated Graphic Designer to join our in-house team in Pune.

Job Role

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and professional creatives for our social media, travel packages, digital marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and day-to-day business requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, understand current social media trends, and be able to turn travel offers and marketing ideas into attractive creatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative designs for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
- Design creatives for domestic and international travel packages.
- Create posters, banners, offer creatives, festival creatives and promotional campaigns.
- Design Instagram posts, stories, reels covers and other social media content.
- Create brochures, flyers, standees, visiting cards and other marketing materials.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Convert travel package information, offers and promotions into attractive visual content.
- Maintain consistency with the company's branding, fonts, colours and overall visual identity.
- Edit and enhance travel photographs and marketing images when required.
- Stay updated with current graphic design and social media trends.
- Handle multiple design requirements and meet deadlines.




- Coordinate with the social media/marketing team for regular content requirements.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final creatives are accurate and professional.
- Maintain and organise design files and creative assets.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Canva is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of video editing/Reels editing will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of social media design and digital marketing creatives.
- Strong sense of typography, colour combinations, layouts and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create modern, clean and attractive designs.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate
- Prior experience in a travel company, tourism, hospitality, digital marketing or advertising agency will be an advantage.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio will be preferred.
- Should be creative, proactive and willing to take ownership of their work.
- Should be comfortable working full time from our Pune office.
- Should understand how to create designs that are not only attractive but also generate customer enquiries.
