About MSM Unify IndiaMSM Unify India is a higher-education technology and solutions company working with universities and institutions to drive student recruitment, engagement, employability, and digital transformation.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Design Intern to join our marketing team and contribute to the visual communication of MSM Unify India and its various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Create social media posts, carousels, campaign creatives, presentations, infographics, event creatives, and digital marketing assets.
- Translate creative briefs and marketing ideas into strong visual concepts.
- Maintain consistency with MSM Unify India's brand identity and communication guidelines.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and social media teams to develop campaigns.
- Assist in creating visual assets for events, webinars, announcements, and business initiatives.
- Adapt existing creatives into different formats and platform specifications.
- Incorporate feedback and make design iterations within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design, social media, typography, and visual communication trends.
- Contribute new and innovative ideas during creative brainstorming sessions.

Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design,



Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of Figma and/or Canva is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of social media design and digital content.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to take feedback positively and work on multiple assignments.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- A creative mindset with the ability to experiment with different visual styles.
