Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and digitally savvy Graduate Trainee – Social Media to support the planning, execution, and management of engaging social media content for our clients.
This role is ideal for a fresher who is passionate about social media, content, digital trends, and online culture and wants to build a career in a fast-paced agency environment. You will work closely with Creative, Strategy, Account Management,
and Content teams to bring social media ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing social media content and campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
- Support the development and management of content calendars, posts, reels, stories, and other digital formats.
- Coordinate with Creative, Strategy, Account Management, and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery of social media content.
- Assist in coordinating with content creators, influencers, production partners, and external vendors wherever required.
- Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, platform requirements, and timelines.
- Research social media trends, memes, conversations, creators, and emerging content formats to identify relevant opportunities for brands.
- Support the team in adapting content for different platforms, audiences, and formats.
- Monitor content performance and assist with basic reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations.
- Stay updated on platform updates, digital trends, emerging technologies, and evolving social media best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or UGC-approved Diploma in Mass Media, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant internship/work experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content, or Advertising.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and digital content formats.
- Valuable knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail.
- Strong interest in social media, pop culture, digital trends, and internet culture.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with social media management or analytics tools is an advantage.
