About Samrat Path Labs
Samrat Path Labs is a leading pathology and diagnostic laboratory in Lucknow. We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist who can take ownership of our Google Ads campaigns and consistently generate high-quality patient leads and phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage and optimize Google Search Ads campaigns
- Generate high-quality leads and inbound calls for our diagnostic/pathology services
- Conduct keyword research and identify high-intent search terms
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize for lower cost per lead/call
- Continuously optimize keywords, bids, ads, audiences and locations
- Create and test compelling ad copy focused on lead generation
- Manage negative keywords and search terms regularly
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking for calls, forms and other relevant actions
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven improvements
- Provide regular reports on ad spend, leads, calls, CPL and overall performance
- Identify opportunities to scale campaigns while maintaining lead quality
What We Are Looking For
- 1+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Proven experience in lead generation through Google Ads
- Must have personally managed Google Ads campaigns for businesses
- Strong knowledge of Google Search Ads, keyword research, bidding and conversion optimization
- Experience with Google Analytics / GA4 and Google Tag Manager is preferred
- Strong understanding of call and form lead tracking
- Experience managing location-based campaigns is a robust advantage
- Must be comfortable working with performance metrics such as CPL, conversion rate and ROAS
- Healthcare / diagnostic / clinic / hospital experience is a major plus
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate real previous campaign results
Important Requirement This is NOT an internship or training position.
We are specifically looking for someone who is currently working hands-on with Google Ads, either as a freelancer, consultant, or part-time professional, and who can dedicate time to managing our campaigns.
