Maintain accurate stock register (inward/outward entries) for fertilizers and pesticides Ensure FIFO/batch-wise stock rotation to avoid expiry losses Supervise loading/unloading of goods and coordinate with transporters Verify quantity and quality of incoming stock against purchase orders/invoices Ensure proper storage as per safety norms (segregation of chemicals, ventilation, no leakage/damage) Coordinate with sales team for timely dispatch of orders Conduct periodic physical stock verification and report discrepancies Maintain cleanliness and organization of godown Ensure labour/helpers under supervision follow safety and handling protocols Basic documentation: gate passes, delivery challans, stock reports
